To explain in simpler terms, you can check the condition of the product(s) in the package you ordered at the time of delivery. If you find the product, not in a condition as promised or anything missing, you can simply return the package with our delivery executive. In short, hassle-free returns right at your doorstep. 

Our ‘check and buy’ feature reflects the transparency that we wish to have with our customers.

Steps to take advantage of the check and buy:

1. Open the delivery package right in front of our delivery executive.
2. Make sure that everything is included as mentioned in the description on the website and is in a good shape.
3. If you are satisfied with the product/products, then pay our delivery person the promised amount.
4. If you are not satisfied with the delivered product/products, refuse the delivery and let the delivery executive take the product back with them. 
5. Contact us for further instructions and queries.
