Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery
Honestly none. The shipping/delivery charges are completely covered by us. You do not have to worry about paying any delivery amount while shopping with us. So go ahead and buy to your heart’s content without worrying about the delivery charges, because we got you.
Firstly do not panic. If the ordered product is found to be damaged during transit, it is our responsibility to replace the same for you. Follow the following steps mentioned below or check out our warranty page for more information.
- Make sure to record videos and click pictures of the delivery package and the unboxing of the product on arrival. Note that the pictures and videos should be clear and decipherable.
- Share the same with us to our mail ID or contact Number.
- Our team will assess the situation as soon as possible and if it is found that your case is genuine, we will replace your ordered product.
The whole process, from packing your product to delivering the same at your doorstep can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days. So, stay assured, good things take some time.

A) Pay us Directly!
Yes, we accept Direct Bank Transfers. We accept payments in person via BACS. This process is also popularly known as direct bank or wire transfer.
Make sure that once you complete the transfer, you send us a clear screenshot of your payment. You can alternatively also send us a receipt of your final payment. Whatever confirmation you choose, needs to be sent with your order ID on our WhatsApp number – 8055704030. Hop into our business email firstname.lastname@example.org
B) UPI QR Code
Customers can use the UPI method of payment for easy and convenient paying. You can make use of UPI mobile apps like Paytm, Google Pay, BHIM, PhonePe to make your payments in a direct fashion using UPI.
All you need to follow is a few instructions for the same. Inorder to make the payment of your purchase, scan the given QR code on any preferred UPI Apps such as BHIM, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe or any other Banking UPI app.
Once the payment is successfully done, go to the form appearing on your screen. There will be provision for you to enter your UPI Reference ID or Transaction Number and your UPI ID. Enter your respective details. Click on submit!
Our team will manually check your payment details and authenticate the information against your 12-digit UPI Reference ID or Transaction Number (for example – 001422121258) and your UPI ID.
C) Pay On Delivery (P-O-D)
You are also free to use the Pay on Delivery (POD) option which includes Cash on Delivery (COD) and additional digital payment facilities at your doorstep. You can pay for Pay on Delivery orders by cash, Google Pay, PhonePe and PayTm by using UPI ID or QR code scan at all locations and by card in select locations. It is important for customers to know that this provision of P-O-D is given only for the orders that have products with the main category equivalent to the Gaming Consoles.
Pay on Delivery orders can be paid using cash or digital payment facilities like Google Pay, PhonePe and PayTm by using UPI ID or QR code scan.
To pay using digital payment link:
Ask your delivery agent for a Pay link SMS on your smartphone that has internet connectivity.
Select the link in the SMS and initiate payment.
Select your payment method and complete payment using your credentials.
After posting the successful payment, you’ll get a confirmation message.
D) Razorpay – Credit Card/Debit Card/NetBanking
Allow customers to securely pay via Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, UPI, Wallets)
Pay securely by Credit or Debit card or Internet Banking through Razorpay.

Cancellations and Modifications
You can now cancel an order only when order status is on Hold, Pending Payment & In Discussion. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. And also note “order cancellation” is not applicable when order confirmation is given by you & is in confirmed, in-transit stage . There is no refund of confirmation amount later if you request to cancel it after giving confirmation of same.
Returns, Replacement & Aftersell
Our return policies are specific. We do not have a return policy. However, to cater to your convenience we present you instant return provisions under the ‘Check N Buy’ service.
You can place a request for a replacement of your products. You need to apply for a warranty claim as soon as your order is delivered to you.
Have a good look at the specific warranty time frame for your product and place requests accordingly!
What if I have not applied for a warranty claim but a Customer Service agent offered me an after-sale solution, where can I check my warranty claim status?
If you have already been offered an after sale solution by our customer service agent and wish to check your warranty claim status, then simply go to your account.
Then, you will find your status in the warranty account section in the dashboard page. This will tell you your exact warranty status and clearly indicate your warranty claim.
